  • An over sized external rear tank well holds all types of sports gear or picnic supplies. Great for fishing and camping there is a flush fore deck with plenty of space for a large storage hatch. The Cobra Explorer is a totally self-bailing kayak, providing for a dry ride. Its stable 31 inch beam makes it a good ride for anybody.
  • INCLUDES: Large A hatch on the bow, and 10" round hatch with removable bucket in front of seat.

    I purchased the explorer from UP sports 14 years ago. It has been in every body of water imaginable from Pacific, Atlantic, gulf of Mexico,and hundreds of inland lakes, swamps and rivers. It is still going strong.Used for diving and fresh and salt water fishing, wild life photo and surfing(Santa Cruz).Great all purpose boat.Not good for long distances. I have a 20' sea lion for distance. I Would suggest a rudder kit.
