  • Technical Information
    Buoyancy: Organic Kapok is used in front for an amazingly soft and conforming fit. Recyclable P.E foam is used in back for its light weight and impact protection.
    Shell fabric: 500 Denier Cordura© Nylon Provides excellent abrasion resistance.
    Liner fabric: 200 Denier Nylon for lightweight comfort against your skin or clothing.
    Plastic Hardware: Acetal plastic is incredibly strong for its weight and will not crack when cold and wet.
    Fleece: Hand warmers are made with polypropylene fleece that will keep your hands warm even when fabric is wet.
    Zippers: Self locking, Vislon teeth from YKK© are durable, strong and highly clog resistant.
    Webbing: We use Nylon webbing because it is strong and flows through hardware best.
  • For a perfect fit:
    1. Fully extend all straps, put the Jacket on and close the front zipper.
    2. Secure the waist-belt and adjust until snug but not restrictive (this is best done while sitting down as you would in your boat).
    3. Adjust the torso girth by pulling the side webbing (x4) through the buckles.
    4. Shoulder tension can be adjusted by tightening and loosening webbing through plastic buckle at shoulders.
